Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and possess strong expertise in hair treatments, along with strong leadership and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day salon operations
- Lead, train, and supervise salon staff to maintain high performance standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service and handle client inquiries or concerns professionally
- Ensure high-quality service delivery, particularly in hair treatments and styling
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock availability
- Drive sales, achieve revenue targets, and promote salon services and products
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in line with regulations
- Manage staff schedules and client appointments efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the salon or beauty industry, preferably in a managerial role
- Certification in beauty, hairdressing, or a related field
- Strong expertise in hair treatments and styling
- Fluency in Arabic (mandatory)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

- 9 hours per day
- **Working Days:**
- 6 days per week (1 day off)
