About This Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salesperson to drive business growth and represent FixPro Manufacturing in the UAE market. The Salesperson will focus on B2B sales, building strong relationships with contractors, industries, and service providers who can benefit from our industrial vacuum machines.

The ideal candidate will be well-connected in the UAE, with proven sales experience in industrial sectors. They should be results-driven, excellent at networking, and comfortable handling the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, develop, and secure new B2B clients across industries such as construction, oil & gas, facility services, and municipal services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand FixPro’s market presence in the UAE.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company objectives.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to management.

Market Research & Networking

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Actively participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: AED 5,000 to AED 12,000 (based on qualifications and experience).
  • Working Hours:
  • Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including a 1-hour rest and lunch break).
  • Sundays: Off.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Proven sales experience (minimum 4 years) in B2B sales within UAE.
  • Familiarity with UAE industrial sectors (construction, oil & gas, facility services, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken).
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

Preferred:

  • Background in industrial equipment, machinery, or related technical sales.
  • Strong professional network across relevant UAE industries.
  • Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
