Position Overview
The Salesman is responsible for generating sales, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the shop.
The role focuses on achieving sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining product presentation and stock accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and identify their needs.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing deliveries.
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays.
- Maintain strong knowledge of product features, pricing, and promotions.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit to the owner.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication skills; English required,***Arabic*** is an advantage.
- Customer‑focused with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
