Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a European Auto Spare Parts Salesman.
The responsibilities include providing excellent customer support, managing inventory and sales, and fostering long-term client relationships.
The role requires assisting with spare parts inquiries, ensuring swift and accurate sourcing, and maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- **Existing Customer base and experience with European auto spare parts sales**
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in Sales and proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of Inventory Control to manage and track stock accurately
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients
- Familiarity with automotive spare parts, particularly for European vehicles, is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional setting
- Proficiency in using inventory management software or CRM tools is a plus
- Fluency in English and Urdu is required; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
