Overview
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with spare parts dealers, workshops, and fleet customers in Abu
- Dhabi and Al Ain region.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell aftermarket spare parts in line with company strategies.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and customer engagement.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, quotations, and order execution.
- Coordinate internally with supply chain and operations teams to ensure efficient order processing and
- delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market developments.
- Ensure timely collections from customers in line with the company’s credit policy and agreed payment terms
