About This Role

Remote (Work from anywhere)

Key Responsibilities

  • **Multi-Platform Listing:**
  • Post and manage vehicle ads on Facebook Marketplace, international buy/sell groups, and automotive social media channels.
  • **Targeted Content Localization:**
  • Optimize descriptions, pricing, and locations to target high-growth export markets and bypass local platform restrictions.
  • **Lead & Pipeline Management:**
  • Respond promptly to inbound messages and comments, actively converting casual inquiries into serious buyers.
  • **Phone & WhatsApp Consultations:**
  • Call and text international leads to build trust, share vehicle history (VIN data), and answer technical questions about US-spec/repaired cars.
  • **Negotiation & Closing:**
  • Handle objections, negotiate final vehicle pricing, clarify shipping terms (CIF/FOB), and close the sale.

What We Are Looking For

  • **Sales Drive:**
  • Proven experience in digital sales, tele-sales, or automotive retail (experience with US-spec/salvage cars is a major plus).
  • **Facebook Marketplace Expertise:**
  • Strong understanding of Facebook’s algorithms, international groups, and changing location/currency settings.
  • **Strong Communicators:**
  • Excellent negotiation skills via phone, text, and WhatsApp to build trust and close deals remotely.
  • **Language Skills:**
  • Fluency in (Arabic, English) are highly preferred.
