Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Ajman.
The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, managing negotiations, and achieving sales targets.
Daily tasks include property viewings, market analysis, creating and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
The role requires frequent communication with clients and a proactive approach to achieving success in a competitive real estate market.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Familiarity with real estate market trends and property valuation processes
- Relationship building and client management skills, with excellent customer service abilities
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and real estate platforms for tracking and managing client interactions
- Ability to work independently on-site and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage for a diverse client base
