The Salesman supports customers, recommends products, achieves sales targets, and helps maintain shop operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide professional and friendly assistance.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, prices, offers, and promotions clearly.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Handle inquiries and provide appropriate product information.
- Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and shop organization.
- Check product availability and report low-stock items to the supervisor.
- Assist with receiving, arranging, and counting stock when required.
- Operate the cash counter and handle payments accurately when assigned.
- Prepare daily sales and other required reports.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and management instructions.
- Handle complaints politely and report unresolved issues to the supervisor.
Working Requirements
- Follow the assigned duty schedule and report to work on time.
- Complete the required working hours according to company policy.
- Follow all company rules and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding company and customer information.
- Support overall store sales and operational goals.
Compensation
- Pay ranges from AED 2,000 to AED 2,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
