Junior-level Salesforce QA Engineer role supporting quality testing for Salesforce Service Cloud applications.
The role focuses on executing test cases, supporting automation, and ensuring release quality under guidance from senior QA team members.
The position is listed as hybrid remote.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in designing and executing test cases for Salesforce Service Cloud applications and integrations.
- Support regression, functional, and integration testing.
- Assist in maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium, CRT, or similar frameworks.
- Work with developers, business analysts, and product owners in an Agile environment to validate requirements.
- Log, document, and track defects using Jira or Copado DevOps.
- Test Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, workflows, and flows.
- Support test data preparation and basic test environment setup.
- Maintain QA documentation and test artifacts.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience as a QA Engineer or Test Engineer.
- Exposure to testing Salesforce Service Cloud applications.
- Basic understanding of test automation tools such as Selenium, CRT, or similar.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with Jira or Copado DevOps for defect tracking.
- Basic understanding of Apex, LWC, and Salesforce automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
