Junior-level Salesforce QA Engineer role supporting testing for Salesforce Service Cloud applications.
The role focuses on executing test cases, supporting automation, and ensuring release quality under guidance from senior QA team members.

Key responsibilities
- Assist in designing and executing test cases for Salesforce Service Cloud applications and integrations.
- Support regression, functional, and integration testing; help maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, CRT, or similar frameworks.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners in Agile to validate requirements.
- Log, document, and track defects using Jira or Copado DevOps.
- Test Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, workflows, and flows.
- Support test data preparation and basic environment setup; maintain QA documentation and test artifacts.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience as a QA Engineer or Test Engineer.
- Exposure to testing Salesforce Service Cloud applications.
- Basic understanding of test automation tools such as Selenium, CRT, or similar frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with Jira or Copado DevOps.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce components including Apex, LWC, and automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
