Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into designs and deliver Apex and LWC for support, sales, KYC, trading-account, payment, and partner workflows.
• Use the trigger framework, Unit of Work, query builder, collection utilities, asynchronous actions, and batch frameworks.
• Build reusable design-system LWC components with custom labels for strings and locale-aware formatting.
• Build REST integrations with payload validation, resilient error handling, and mockable tests.
• Write bulkified, governor-aware code and asynchronous pipelines; resolve performance bottlenecks and technical debt.
• Implement permission set groups, custom permissions, sharing, and field-level security.
• Write deterministic behavior-focused tests and release through scratch orgs, pull requests, and automated validation from staging to UAT to production.
• Own features through production, document scalable code, support releases, and fix bugs.

Essential qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development in an enterprise org.
• Strong Apex: triggers, Queueable, Batch and Scheduled jobs, bulkification, and governor limits.
• Strong LWC and modern JavaScript (ES6+), including lifecycle hooks, reactivity, and component composition.
• Object-oriented design, SOLID principles, and common design patterns.
• REST integrations: outbound callouts, inbound Apex REST, JSON, and Named and External Credentials.
• SOQL skills in selective queries, indexing, and safe dynamic query generation for large data volumes.
• Salesforce DX, sf CLI, Git, GitHub, and pull-request workflow.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.

Approach and desirable experience

• Read existing code before changing it, clarify the problem a ticket solves, flag requirement gaps early, support released features, and fix owned bugs.
• Communicate clearly with developers, business analysts, and QA, including colleagues in other time zones; be willing to learn trading concepts such as accounts, IBs, KYC, and multi-entity regulation.
• Desirable qualifications include Salesforce Platform Developer II or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant certification, Generative AI coding tools, unlocked packages, Platform Events, Service Cloud/CTI, and brokerage or fintech experience.
