Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Translate functional requirements into robust technical designs and build high-performance features with Apex and LWC.
• Contribute to Salesforce architecture, data integrity, schema design, and external-system integrations.
• Develop and manage secure REST and SOAP integrations for enterprise data synchronization.
• Deliver scalable code that meets enterprise coding standards and documentation requirements.
• Resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and concurrency issues in the multi-tenant environment.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development in a complex enterprise environment.
• Advanced Apex, LWC, and JavaScript proficiency; experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP web services.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce transaction flow and Governor Limits.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, CI/CD including SFDX, and GitLab or GitHub version control.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification is required; Platform Developer II (PD2) is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Preferred: GitHub Actions or GitLab CI, SF CLI, Scratch Orgs, package-based development and Unlocked Packages.
• Preferred: event-driven architecture, including Platform Events and Change Data Capture (CDC), and familiarity with MIAW.
• The role calls for analytical problem-solving, clear stakeholder communication, and proactive ownership of system stability, security, and development lifecycle improvement.
