Role overview

Business architecture and solution delivery

• Lead discovery and stakeholder workshops; define business objectives, pain points, and transformation opportunities.
• Create capability models, BPMN process architectures, epics, user stories, future-state operating models, and end-to-end process designs.
• Manage requirements, backlog refinement, prioritization, acceptance criteria, and traceability from business outcomes to delivery.
• Partner with technical architects and delivery teams on multi-cloud solutions, platform best practices, and design guardrails.
• Oversee functional validation, UAT strategy, and business acceptance.

Strategy, client growth, and practice enablement

• Develop roadmaps, transformation blueprints, prioritization frameworks, business cases, and value-realization frameworks.
• Advise on CRM maturity, process optimization, customer experience transformation, operating models, and governance.
• Support presales, solution shaping, proposals, executive storytelling, and identification of expansion opportunities.
• Contribute to practice assets, accelerators, delivery frameworks, structured methodologies, and internal enablement.

Experience and qualifications

• Requires 8+ years as a Business Architect, Functional Lead, or Senior Consultant in Salesforce or digital transformation programs.
• Requires client-facing workshop leadership, stakeholder alignment, requirements definition, BPMN, and requirements engineering expertise.
• Requires experience with enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle CRM.
• Requires delivery of process maps, capability models, or solution blueprints.
• Salesforce platform knowledge, experience across core Salesforce clouds, and Salesforce consultant certifications are preferred; some cloud exposure is a plus.

Candidate profile

• Must communicate exceptionally, engage C-level stakeholders, and translate strategy into executable solutions.
• Should work across strategy, functional design, and delivery governance, simplifying complex problems with an outcome-oriented approach.
