Salesforce Technical Architect

Role overview

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end architecture across Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Data Cloud, and industry-specific clouds.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with stakeholders and functional leads.
• Design integrations using APIs, middleware, and event-driven approaches.
• Ensure architecture meets enterprise scalability, security, and performance standards.
• Guide development teams on design, best practices, and code quality.
• Define API standards and canonical data models.
• Support presales through solutioning, effort estimation, and architecture advice.
• Maintain technical documentation, including ERDs, sequence diagrams, data mappings, and architecture blueprints.
• Present design rationale, support decisions, and work directly with clients on solutions.
• Mentor developers, conduct reviews, validate architecture hands-on, and maintain Architecture Decision Records.
• Design data migration approaches and validate data accuracy and completeness.
• Use AI tools such as Claude Code during delivery, assessing changes and ensuring safe validation and rollout.

Essential qualifications

• 8+ years of client-facing consulting in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce cloud experience; Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and MuleSoft are named in the essential experience statement.
• Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English; Arabic is preferred in one section but also listed as essential.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh or Jeddah.
• Experience delivering secure, scalable solutions in cross-functional project teams.
• Strong documentation skills, including ERDs, process flows, and sequence diagrams.
• Proven experience designing scalable integrations with external systems.
• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and at least one Salesforce Architect domain certification.
• Experience with agile methods, estimation, and multidisciplinary team planning.

Additional qualifications

• Marketing Cloud is described as good to have in the Salesforce experience requirement.
• Nice to have: Kafka or Confluent event streaming, Schema Registry, and Avro/JSON serialization.
• Nice to have: nested JSON or EDIFACT transformation and mapping into a canonical relational model.
• Nice to have: Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Field Service, or Revenue Cloud experience.
• Nice to have: delivery experience in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC.
