Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Trainer role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Sales Trainer will design and deliver sales training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance the performance of sales teams across Azizi’s portfolio and Real Estate bBroker Traings & Briefings.
Responsibilities include assessing training needs, creating engaging training materials, conducting onboarding and refresher training, and monitoring the effectiveness of training through feedback and performance metrics.
The role involves collaborating closely with sales leadership and other departments to align training content with business goals, product updates, and market trends.
The Sales Trainer will also support continuous skill development through role-plays, mentoring, and regular performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Strong sales training and Training & Development skills, with experience designing and delivering structured sales training programs.
- Excellent Presentation Skills and Communication abilities, including the capacity to explain complex concepts clearly and engage diverse audiences.
- Can speak fluently English and prefrably one or more languanges like Russian/French/Spanish
- Customer Service skills, with a solid understanding of client expectations within a real estate or related customer-focused environment.
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, or in a similar sales enablement role, preferably in real estate or property development.
- Ability to analyze performance data and training feedback to improve training content and methods.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training schedules and initiatives.
- Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools; experience with learning management systems (LMS) is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field; relevant training or coaching certifications are a plus.
- Capacity to work effectively with teams from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
