Overview
- Lead and manage the Quantity Surveying team across multiple construction projects.
- Oversee project cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Review and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quantity take-offs, and tender documentation.
- Manage interim payment applications, client billing, and final account submissions.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations, negotiate contracts, and certify subcontractor payments.
- Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate variation orders (VOs), claims, and contractual correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with contract conditions, project specifications, and company procedures.
- Monitor project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve commercial performance.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Procurement, Planning, Finance, Consultants, and Clients.
- Review project progress and provide commercial advice to the project team.
