- Lead and manage all MEP construction activities from project initiation to completion.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting, ELV, and Fire Alarm works.
- Ensure all MEP works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and UAE regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop construction methodologies, work plans, and resource allocation strategies.
