Sales Support Executive (Female)
About This Role
We’re looking for a confident and well-organized individual to support our Software Product Sales team. Your main responsibility will be to connect with potential clients from our existing database, introduce our software solutions, and schedule meetings for the Sales Manager.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, coordinating schedules, and being part of a fast-moving sales team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Reach out to potential clients from the provided database via calls and emails
Briefly introduce our software products and create initial interest
Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, and calls for the Sales Manager
Follow up with clients to confirm meetings and ensure attendance
Keep records updated in the CRM or tracking system
Coordinate internally with the sales team for smooth meeting flow
Share regular updates on calls, responses, and scheduled meetings
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and phone etiquette
Comfortable making outbound calls on a daily basis
1–3 years of experience in telesales, sales support, or coordination roles
Basic understanding of software products is a plus
Well-organized and able to manage schedules efficiently
Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools
Nice to Have:
Experience in software or SaaS sales environment
Confidence in handling client conversations and objections
