This role plays a key part in delivering an excellent customer experience while supporting our sales and business development efforts.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer engagement and sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- **Customer Interaction:**
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
- **Issue Resolution:**
- Handle customer complaints, concerns, and queries efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- **Product & Service Knowledge:**
- Maintain a strong understanding of company services to provide accurate information and recommendations.Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.Collect and report feedback to support continuous improvement of services and customer experience.Ensure timely follow-up with customers to confirm resolution and maintain relationships.Conduct cold calls to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base.Share and circulate marketing materials with existing and prospective clients.Maintain and update the company’s client database accurately.**Requirements**

- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in **MS Office** and CRM systems
