Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Executive to assist the sales team in daily operations, coordinate with customers, and handle administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth sales processes, improve customer experience, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in preparing **quotations, proposals, and invoices**
- Coordinate with customers for **order processing, follow-ups, and delivery updates**
- Maintain and update **customer records, sales data, and reports**
- Handle incoming **sales inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins**
- Support inventory coordination and ensure product availability
- Prepare **daily/weekly sales reports** for management
- Collaborate with accounts for **billing and payment follow-ups**
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of sales-related documents
- Support after-sales service coordination and customer satisfaction
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in **sales support / admin / customer service**
- Strong communication skills (English required)
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM systems**
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Candidates with own visa (spouse/family sponsorship) will have an advantage
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 1500 – AED 3,000 (based on experience)
- Incentives based on sales performance
- Annual leave as per UAE labor law
- Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
