Role overview

Experience and candidate requirements

• 3–5 years in sales support, sales coordination, or sales administration.
• Experience with a UAE/GCC consumer electronics or lifestyle distributor is preferred.
• Currently UAE-based; transferable visa and/or short notice availability is preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills.

Retail, commercial, and technical skills

• Understand UAE retail channels, retailer portals, product listings, purchase orders, GRNs, returns, and claims.
• Know commercial models such as consignment, rent and minimum guarantees, margins, rebates, credit notes, and SOA reconciliation.
• Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, sales and stock analysis, sell-through, inventory, and performance reports.
• ERP experience such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or a similar system; strong written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to sales.
• Coordinate orders, listings, deliveries, returns, and retailer requirements; monitor portals and update records accurately.
• Maintain sales, stock, sell-through, inventory, customer, product, pricing, and sales documentation.
• Prepare and reconcile retailer statements, credit notes, rebates, and claims.
• Support forecasting, reporting, account management, analysis, and commercial decisions.
• Work with finance and logistics to resolve invoice, GRN, return, and payment discrepancies.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 4,000–5,000 per month.

• Work location is in person; the role is in the UAE.
