Job Description
The Finance & Accounts Executive supports day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
The role maintains accurate records, processes transactions, prepares reports, performs reconciliations, and completes finance activities in line with policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting and finance transactions and maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
- Perform bank, supplier, customer, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Assist with monthly and yearly closing activities.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor receivables and payables, cash flow, and payment processing.
- Maintain financial documentation and filing.
- Assist with VAT, corporate tax, statutory requirements, and audits.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, banks, auditors, and internal departments.
- Ensure compliance with accounting procedures, company policies, and UAE regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Two to five years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting or ERP software.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, analytical ability, organization, and communication.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- UAE VAT and accounting knowledge is an advantage.
Pay
- Pay is AED 4,500 to AED 5,000 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
