Sales Executive

Role overview

Experience and retail knowledge

• Requires 3–5 years of experience in sales, sales coordination, or sales administration.
• Experience with a UAE or GCC distributor of consumer electronics or lifestyle brands is preferred.
• Requires knowledge of UAE retail channels, retailer portals, product listings, purchase orders, goods received notes, returns, and claims.
• Requires knowledge of consignment, rent and minimum-guarantee models, margins, rebates, credit notes, and statement reconciliation.

Systems and candidate skills

• Requires advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, sales and stock analysis, sell-through reporting, and inventory and performance reports.
• Requires ERP experience; examples include SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or a similar system.
• Requires excellent written and verbal English, attention to detail, organization, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Requires effective collaboration with retailers and sales, finance, logistics, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and operational support to the sales team.
• Coordinate purchase orders, listings, deliveries, returns, and retailer requirements; monitor retailer portals and update product and order information accurately.
• Maintain sales, stock, sell-through, inventory, customer, product, pricing, and sales documentation.
• Prepare and reconcile retailer statements, credit notes, rebates, and commercial claims.
• Support forecasting, reporting, and account management; provide analysis for commercial decisions.
• Coordinate with finance and logistics to resolve invoice, goods received note, returns, and payment discrepancies.

Pay

• Pay is AED 3,000–5,000 per month.
