Sales Support Coordinator (4 months contract)

• The role is based in Jebel Ali Freezone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Register aftermarket inquiries; coordinate with business units and suppliers; prepare and submit approved CRM quotations.
• Engage with customers and internal commercial and technical teams; follow up on opportunities and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Process approved customer orders in ERP and issue them to manufacturing entities; prepare advance-payment invoices with Finance.
• Report on opportunities and orders using CRM and ERP data, and maintain electronic records under company policy.
• Onboard customers and vendors; coordinate trade-compliance approvals for transactions involving monitored countries.
• Support SOX and financial audits.

Experience and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, a technical field, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant business experience, including customer service and inside sales; same-industry experience is preferred.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, employees, and agents; demonstrate high ethical standards.
• Familiarity with UAE VAT principles and knowledge of CAD, letters of credit, and shipping Incoterms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central ERP and CRM such as Sales Logix or Salesforce.
• Strong listening, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
