  • Ensure the daily operations of Amazon Seller and Vendor Central are executed swiftly and with excellence
  • Oversee and manage the current product listings, as well as new listing creation
  • Open, track, and respond to cases regarding errors or other communications with Amazon
  • Chargeback tracking and dispute management
  • FBA inventory shipment creation and tracking
  • Reporting and analytical support
  • Perform all other duties assigned
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in the eCommerce ecosystem
  • Experience with Amazon Seller and Vendor Central
  • Experience leveraging data into actionable insights
  • Radical curiosity of retail and the constantly changing marketplace
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ownership mindset
  • Ability to proactively and creatively problem solve (as an individual and with a team)
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
