About This Role

Job Summary

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing sales operations, managing a team of Sales Specialists, and ensuring the achievement of assigned sales targets. The role focuses on driving team performance, managing high-value client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence within the sales channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily activities of the private sales team and ensure alignment with sales objectives.
  • Monitor individual and team sales performance against targets and KPIs.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance productivity and sales effectiveness.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with high-value and premium clients.
  • Oversee complex sales transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and support the team in closing strategic deals.
  • Analyze sales reports, pipeline data, and CRM insights to drive decision-making.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
  • Handle escalations and resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to support revenue growth strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in sales management, negotiation, or real estate transactions
