About This Role

Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a QSR Sales Supervisor located in Jeddah. The QSR Sales Supervisor will oversee daily sales operations at quick-service restaurant (QSR) outlets, ensuring targets are met while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Key responsibilities include training and managing team members, analyzing sales data to enhance performance, addressing customer inquiries, and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and achieve business goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new QSR, franchise, or multi-site accounts.

Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted consultant to secure long-term contracts and increase product uptake.

Pipeline & Forecasting: Identify potential markets and manage a qualified pipeline, setting and achieving sales targets and budgets.

Marketing Activation: Implement national and local marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotions to increase brand visibility.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams to introduce new products and ensure quality service delivery.

Performance Tracking: Use CRM tools to track, analyze, and report on sales data, and provide updates to stakeholders.

 

Required Qualifications & Skills:

 

Experience: 5–10+ years of sales experience, specifically within the QSR industry, food service, or B2B sector ( KSA experience is a must)

Leadership: Proven experience leading sales teams and achieving high-volume results.

Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical, negotiation, and financial skills for calculating the total cost of ownership and margins.

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder organizational structures.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) and MS Office.

 

  • Preferred Qualifications:

 

- Experience in competitive displacement (converting customers from competitors).

- Knowledge of the technology, infrastructure, or supplies used in QSR environments.
