Sales Supervisor responsible for regional retail sales activities in KSA.
Sales and client management
- Manage sales forecasting and set performance goals.
- Meet key clients and support sales teams in relationship management, negotiation, and deal closing.
- Prepare periodic reports covering sales volumes, potential sales, and client-base expansion opportunities.
- Control regional retail sales expenditures against budget requirements.
- Reduce customer complaints and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate delivery-date communication between retail sales and other organizational teams.
- Manage sales contracts and proposals in compliance with policies and procedures.
Regional operations
- Coordinate with ICT on handheld terminal updates, new devices, and HHT database and reporting issues.
- Plan, create, merge, or close retail sales routes in the region.
- Supervise regional stores and depots, analyze their performance, and conduct periodic visits.
- Monitor sales vehicle cleanliness and appearance in accordance with policies and procedures.
Ideal candidate
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in a related field.
- Bakery or FMCG experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of retail sales strategies and professional knowledge of sales tools, techniques, and forecasting.
