Sales Supervisor position covering the KSA region.
Responsible for managing retail sales forecasting, key client relationships, and regional sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Managing sales forecasting activities and setting performance goals accordingly.
- Meeting with key clients and assisting sales teams with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Preparing periodic sales reports showing sales volumes, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Analyzing and controlling expenditures of retail sales in the region to conform to sales budget requirements.
- Reducing customer complaints to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Managing communication between retail sales and various organizational entities to estimate delivery dates to customers.
- Managing sales contracts and proposals preparation in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Managing communication between sales teams and the ICT department regarding HHT matters such as updating handheld devices and handling HHT database and report issues.
- Administering route activities of retail sales in the region, including planning routes, creating new routes, and merging or closing unprofitable routes.
- Supervising the work of stores and depots in the region, analyzing their performance, and conducting periodic site visits.
- Monitoring the cleanliness and appearance of sales vehicles in compliance with policies and procedures.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or any related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in a related field.
- Bakery or FMCG experience is preferred.
- Knowledge in retail sales strategies.
- Professional knowledge in sales tools, techniques, and forecasting.
