Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and support showroom sales staff on daily activities
- Monitor sales performance and ensure monthly targets are achieved
- Train, motivate, and coach sales executives to improve closing rates
- Assist customers with vehicle selection, financing options, and product information
- Ensure high standards of customer service and showroom presentation
- Track leads, follow-ups, and customer inquiries through CRM systems
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis for management
- Handle escalated customer complaints professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and dealership procedures
- Support promotional campaigns and showroom events
Qualification & Skill
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of automotive sales experience in UAE
- Proficiency in Arabic language is preferable
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation skills & leadership abilities
- Good knowledge of cars, automotive features, and financing processes
- Valid UAE driving license
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per hour
