Retail sales role in apparel and fashion retail, reporting to the Store Manager or Retail Operations Manager.
Provides customer assistance and a welcoming shopping experience while working toward sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, provide professional assistance, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets; build customer relationships and maintain service quality.
- Maintain product displays, store presentation, and visual merchandising standards.
- Organize products; support stock replenishment, inventory checks, and product transfers.
- Process sales and payments accurately using the POS system.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally; follow company policies, sales procedures, and store standards.
- Support daily opening and closing activities as required.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of retail sales experience; apparel or fashion retail experience is preferred.
- Fluent Arabic is mandatory; good English communication skills are required.
- Previous UAE retail experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills; sales-oriented with the ability to achieve targets.
- Well-groomed, presentable, confident, positive, and professional.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and promotional periods.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment and as part of a team.

Individual and store sales target achievement, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
Product knowledge, sales conversion, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock accuracy, and product availability.
POS and cash-handling accuracy, customer retention, and relationship building.
