Full-time junior operations coordinator role supporting daily fashion retail operations in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Supports inventory management, delivery coordination, and order fulfilment.
Responsibilities
- Support store opening and closing; receive deliveries and check quantities, sizes, colours, and product condition.
- Maintain inventory records and stockroom organization; monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and assist with stock counts.
- Report discrepancies, damaged items, or missing stock; coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams.
- Prepare, package, and dispatch online orders; handle returns and exchanges; ensure products are tagged, priced, and sale-ready.
- Prepare basic stock and delivery reports and support store launches, events, and other activities as required.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in retail operations, inventory, logistics, or a similar role; fashion retail experience is preferred.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, follow-up, problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfort using Excel, inventory systems, and retail software; willingness to perform hands-on store and stockroom tasks.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic.
- Availability for retail shifts, including weekends.
