Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and prioritize target markets, customers, and opportunities in the healthcare sector.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans for market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activity in the healthcare industry.
- Provide insights and recommendations for new product or service opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in healthcare sales.
- **The ideal candidate should have proven sales experience in RIS/PACS and related technologies.**
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including key players, regulatory environment, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- A valid driving license is a must.
- Deep understanding of healthcare solutions and specifically Imaging workflows.
- **Proven sales experience in RIS/PACS and related technologies.**
