About This Role
Key Responsibilities
Make a database for all customers (construction projects , construction companies, landscaping companies and other nurseries.
Make a yearly, monthly, weekly, daily sales plan.
Make a yearly, monthly, weekly, daily reports.
Daily visit report.
Achieve sales target.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand our client base.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements to effectively present and recommend our end-to-end solutions, from design concept to on-ground implementation and maintenance.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate closely with our design, project, and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless client experience and successful project delivery.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role, preferably within the landscaping, horticulture, or construction industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
Knowledge of landscaping, softscape, hardscape, or irrigation systems would be a significant advantage.
Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly preferred.
