Responsibilities
- may include the following (and other duties may be assigned):
- Achieving agreed targets focused on sales growth.
- Making field sales calls, soliciting orders, and promoting assigned Medtronic Spinal and Biologics products.
- Presenting, providing in-service training, and selling products and services to current and potential clients.
- Supporting and advising physicians and clinical staff on the correct and safe use of Medtronic devices.
- Leading clinical selling activities within the assigned territory.
- Identifying sales prospects and contacting new and existing accounts as assigned.
- Preparing action plans and scheduling activities to identify specific targets and project the number of contacts to be made.
- Following up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activities.
- Interacting with purchasing managers and hospital administrators to negotiate and establish broader sales contracts.
- Monitoring local market trends and competitor activity and reporting insights to the District Manager.
- This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in advancing surgical innovation and improving patient outcomes across Saudi Arabia while building strong, long-term partnerships within the healthcare community.
