Role Description
The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building strong client relationships, and promoting WheeKeep’s storage solutions.
Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, conducting market research, and managing client accounts.
This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Jeddah, with a combination of in-office work and remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Prepare reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
Qualifications
- Sales and customer relationship management skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Market research and strategic planning abilities
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and meet sales goals
- Experience in the storage or service industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing
