Overview

Responsibilities

• Acquiring new customers via email and telephone
• Conducting needs analyses and consulting clients regarding their business goals
• Leading sales calls (including active follow-up on all conversations)
• Maintaining customer data and ensuring precise, organized documentation of all processes and activities
• Preparing proposals and quotations
• Independently optimizing our processes and service offerings for clients

Qualifications

• You enjoy customer acquisition and master professional sales techniques that help guide prospects toward a successful close.
• Taking ownership and working independently comes naturally to you. Through your organized and self-managed approach, you ensure smooth, efficient, and transparent collaboration at all times.
• You are results-driven and motivated by challenges.
• You enjoy achieving personal successes and always keep your goals clearly in sight.
• You are passionate about sales and have already gained initial experience in e-commerce (ideally with Shopify).
• You are eager to continuously develop your skills and expand your knowledge.
• Native-level German language skills, both written and spoken.
