Your Role

• Acquire new clients via phone and email.
• Analyze client needs and provide tailored consulting to help them achieve their goals.
• Conduct sales conversations with consistent follow-ups.
• Maintain and accurately document client data and sales processes.
• Create customized offers that match client requirements.
• Proactively improve processes and offers to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Support Presetters and Setters both professionally and in sales techniques.

What You Bring

• A passion for sales and mastery of persuasive techniques.
• Proven experience as a closer in the services sector with successful high-ticket sales.
• Strong sense of ownership and organizational skills.
• Motivation through challenges – always striving to improve.

• Ideally, first experience in e-commerce (Shopify knowledge is a plus).
• Commitment to continuous learning and development.
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
