Your Responsibilities

Building AI Visibility: You develop the AI visibility of our clients' stores from the ground up — from the initial analysis to the successful implementation of their GEO strategy. You ensure that our clients are found in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini & Co.

Content Lifecycle Management: You own the ongoing content lifecycle of client projects, create monthly performance reports, and derive concrete optimization measures from them.

Running Independent Workshops: You plan, lead, and document workshops with our clients — always with a clear focus on measurable project success.

Documenting Client Progress: You maintain workflows, guidelines, and processes and use AI-powered tools to document more efficiently and precisely.

AI Store Analyses and Optimizations: You conduct AI and store analyses and actively initiate measures for GEO, content, and feed optimization.

Sprint Planning and Task Management: You plan and manage sprints in close coordination with your team, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Data Management: You keep client folders up to date at all times, ensuring an organized and efficient way of working.

Supporting the Shopify Team: You are the internal point of contact for all AI and GEO questions related to client stores and ensure smooth knowledge transfer.

Your Profile

Marketing Expertise — MUST HAVE: You have experience in the design and implementation of content strategies and are able to create high-performing, audience-focused content. Or you have solid SEO knowledge.

AI Expertise — MUST HAVE: You know modern AI systems, LLMs, and generative search and answer engines very well (e.g. ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude). You don’t just know how these systems work — you know how to deploy them strategically for e-commerce.

AI Mindset — MUST HAVE: You are firmly convinced that AI skills are the decisive competitive advantage of the coming years — and you live that every day. You experiment, learn proactively, and use AI to work smarter and faster than anyone else.

Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), structured data, feeds, and ideally store systems such as Shopify.

Leadership Skills: You can confidently guide clients through GEO and AI visibility projects. You communicate with appreciation, empathy, and clarity.

Attention to Detail: You bring great care and perseverance to workshops and data management. You take genuine satisfaction in documentation and keeping processes on track.

Self-Organization: Working in a self-organized and independent manner is second nature to you — your time management is impeccable.

Excellent Communication: Flawless written and verbal expression. You communicate clearly, professionally, and with a solution-oriented mindset.

Solution Orientation: You see challenges as opportunities and stay on top of things even in complex situations.

Language: Your German language skills are at C2 level.
