Your Role
- Acquire new clients through proactive outreach by phone and email.
- Analyze client needs and provide tailored, high-value solutions.
- Manage your own pipeline, follow up consistently, and achieve (or exceed) your targets.
- Create offers that align perfectly with customer goals and business needs.
- Continuously refine processes and offers to drive client success.
- Collaborate closely with Presetters and Setters, supporting them professionally and through effective sales guidance.
What You Bring
- Strong passion for sales and excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record in B2B or service sales with measurable success.
- Self-driven mindset, ownership mentality, and a structured way of working.
- Motivation to grow through challenges and achieve top results.
- Excellent German skills (written and spoken).
- Ideally, first-hand experience in e-commerce or Shopify (a plus, not required).
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
