Overview
- Actively reach out to potential female customers to introduce and sell the company’s products/services.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring a comfortable and professional sales experience.
- Present product features and benefits clearly, tailoring conversations to the needs of female customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets as set by the sales manager.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales in the company system (training provided).
- Follow up with existing and prospective clients to close sales and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns targeting the female segment.
- Attend team meetings, sales training sessions, and occasional customer events (including female-only settings).
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help improve sales strategies.
- Uphold the company’s values and professionalism in all customer-facing activities.
