We are looking for a candidate who brings

international experience and global best practices

to our team.

The ideal professional should have a track record of working in diverse, fast-paced markets and is eager to contribute to the knowledge transfer and professional excellence of our growing Damons Furniture team in Riyadh.

Salary

Basic salary + High commission + Bonus (Negotiable)

Job Responsibilities

1.

Responsible for market development, promotion, and sales of high-end whole-house customization products in Riyadh, achieving personal sales targets.

2.

Maintain local customer relationships, build strong connections, continuously identify customer needs, and follow up on repeat purchases and referrals.

3.

Independently manage the entire sales process, including client engagement, on-site room measurements, design proposal discussions, quotation negotiations, contract signing, and order tracking.

4.

Stay informed about local building materials market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activities in Riyadh, promptly providing market updates and optimizing sales strategies.

5.

Welcome showroom visitors, showcase product features, and support daily store sales operations.

Job Requirements

1.

Candidates with international professional exposure are highly encouraged to apply; fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills for local business interactions.

2.

Familiarity with the whole-house customization, furniture, and building materials industries, along with basic knowledge of product craftsmanship and materials; relevant sales experience is a plus.

3.

Strong understanding of the local building materials market in Riyadh; candidates with established local networks, market channels, and customer resources are highly preferred.

4.

Ability to independently develop clients, conduct room measurements, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals, handling the full sales process autonomously.

5.

Excellent communication skills, strong goal orientation, resilience under pressure, and a proactive work ethic.

6.

Prior experience in overseas whole-house customization or building materials sales is advantageous.

7.

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in the furniture or interior design industry.

8.

A valid Iqama and a driver’s license
