We are looking for motivated and energetic Field Sales Representatives to join our team in the Building Materials industry.
Requirements
✅ Previous experience in field sales (Building Materials industry preferred)
✅ Strong knowledge of construction materials and project requirements
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✅ Ability to build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
✅ Fluent in English (spoken and written)
✅ Valid driving license
✅ Self-motivated and target-driven
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to contractors, construction sites, consultants, and corporate clients
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Promote the company’s products and services
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand the customer base
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction
