Position overview

Key responsibilities

• Attend company-provided residential and commercial enquiries and visit clients, contractors, consultants, and project sites as needed.
• Understand client technical requirements; discuss aluminium, metal fabrication, doors, windows, partitions, and related work.
• Take accurate site measurements and review drawings and specifications where required.
• Coordinate accurate quotations with factory and estimation teams; explain solutions, materials, specifications, and pricing.
• Negotiate commercial terms, close sales, and secure signed job orders or contracts.
• Document specifications, quantities, finishes, prices, and delivery requirements and submit signed orders to production.
• Coordinate handover with production, estimation, and installation teams; follow up on approvals, changes, and additional work.
• Build long-term client relationships and achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

Candidate requirements

• Two to five years of UAE experience in aluminium, metal fabrication, glass, doors and windows, fit-out, or construction sales.
• Strong understanding of aluminium and fabrication work and ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills; able to attend meetings and site visits independently and convert enquiries to orders.
• A UAE driving licence is preferred.
• Existing contacts with contractors, consultants, developers, architects, and property owners are advantageous.
• Good English communication skills; Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is advantageous.
• Professional, hardworking, target-oriented, and self-motivated.

Compensation

• Pay starts at AED 2,500 per month, with sales commission or incentives based on experience and performance.

Work location

• The role is based in Dubai and work is in person, with client and project-site visits as required.
