Sales Executive for aluminium and metal fabrication in Dubai; the company provides residential and commercial enquiries and leads.
Manage projects from initial enquiry through client meetings, technical requirements, quotations, negotiation, signed job orders, and production coordination.
Responsibilities
- Attend client enquiries, visit clients and project sites, and understand technical and project requirements.
- Discuss aluminium, metal fabrication, doors, windows, partitions, and related work; take site measurements and review drawings or specifications.
- Coordinate quotations with factory and estimation teams and explain solutions, materials, specifications, and pricing.
- Negotiate commercial terms, close sales, secure signed orders, and document specifications, quantities, finishes, prices, and delivery requirements.
- Submit orders to production and coordinate handover with production, estimation, and installation teams.
- Follow up on approvals, changes, and additional work; build long-term client relationships and meet monthly sales and collection targets.
Candidate requirements
- 2–5 years of UAE experience in aluminium, metal fabrication, glass, doors/windows, fit-out, or construction sales.
- Strong understanding of aluminium and fabrication works and ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills; confidence with independent client meetings and site visits.
- UAE driving licence is preferred; existing industry contacts are an advantage.
- Good English communication skills; Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is advantageous.
- Must be hardworking, professional, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
Compensation
- Competitive salary plus sales commission or incentives based on experience and performance.
- Pay starts from AED 2,500 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person; client and project site visits are required as needed.
