Job Purpose
- The Sales Representative at Matar Al Baqmi Holding Company plays a key role in driving the company's revenue growth by actively identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs to deliver tailored solutions that satisfy clients while meeting company objectives.
- **Key Responsibilities****Sales & Business Development*** Generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Present and promote company products and services effectively to prospective customers.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve or exceed sales quotas.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- **Customer Relationship Management*** Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions and support.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- **Reporting & Coordination*** Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
Requirements
- **Job Requirements*** Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or similar customer-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel if required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
