Sales Representative
About This Role
A Sales Representative is responsible for selling a company’s products or services to customers, building relationships, and helping drive revenue growth. The role typically combines communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential customers through calls, emails, or meetings
- Present and demonstrate products or services to clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Negotiate prices and close sales deals
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Prepare sales reports and update customer records (often using CRM systems)
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors
