We are seeking a motivated and experienced Medical Sales Representative to promote our homecare services to clinics, hospitals, and healthcare facilities.
The role involves building strong relationships with healthcare providers and generating referrals for our nursing and caregiver services.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit clinics, hospitals, and medical centers to promote company services
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, administrators, and healthcare staff
- Generate leads and secure service agreements/referrals
- Present and explain homecare services, including nursing and caregiver support
- Achieve sales targets and report on daily/weekly activities
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Previous experience in medical sales, healthcare marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of homecare, nursing services, or healthcare industry is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Valid Qatar residency (must be based in Doha)
- NOC (No Objection Certificate) required for transfer
- Age limit: Up to 35 years
- Male or female candidates are welcome
Preferred Skills
- Existing network within clinics and hospitals in Qatar
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets

- نبحث عن مندوب/مندوبة مبيعات طبية ذو خبرة وحماس للعمل على تسويق خدمات الرعاية المنزلية الخاصة بالشركة لدى العيادات والمستشفيات والمراكز الطبية. يشمل الدور بناء علاقات قوية مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية وزيادة الإحالات لخدمات التمريض ومقدمي الرعاية.
- المهام والمسؤوليات:
- زيارة العيادات والمستشفيات والمراكز الطبية للترويج لخدمات الشركة
- بناء علاقات مهنية مع الأطباء والإداريين والكوادر الطبية
- استقطاب عملاء جدد وتأمين اتفاقيات أو إحالات للخدمات
- شرح خدمات الرعاية المنزلية بما يشمل خدمات التمريض ومقدمي الرعاية
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات وتقديم تقارير دورية عن الأداء
- متابعة السوق والمنافسين
- المتطلبات:
- خبرة سابقة في المبيعات الطبية أو التسويق في المجال الصحي
- معرفة بخدمات الرعاية المنزلية أو القطاع الصحي (ميزة إضافية)
- مهارات تواصل وتفاوض قوية
- الإقامة في دولة قطر (الدوحة)
- رخصه سياقة
- متاح للذكور والإناث
- المهارات المفضلة:
- علاقات قائمة مع العيادات والمستشفيات في قطر
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتحقيق الأهداف
- مهارات تواصل عالية وبناء علاقات
