About This Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers to generate new sales leads.
- Conduct outdoor visits to clients, businesses, and prospects.
- Present and promote company products/services to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, payments, and after-sales service.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outdoor sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid driving license (preferred if required).
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Good knowledge of local market and customer network.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, CRM systems).
- Presentable and professional appearance.
