About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Sales Representative** to support the growth of a creative design and consultancy company specializing in **cafés, restaurants, retail outlets, and hospitality projects**.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in the external market.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in **design consultancy, fit-out, architecture, interior design, or construction-related sales**.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the F&B, retail, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
- Develop relationships with potential clients, developers, restaurant owners, café brands, and project stakeholders.
- Promote the company’s design, architecture, fit-out, and consultancy services to prospective clients.
- Arrange client meetings, presentations, and project discussions to understand customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the design and technical teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Follow up on leads, negotiations, and project opportunities to secure new business.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects within the KSA market.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and client communication updates.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- **3–6 years of sales or business development experience** within one or more of the following sectors:
+ Architecture & Design Consultancy
+ Interior Fit-Out
+ Construction
+ Hospitality Projects
+ Retail / F&B Design Projects
- Strong network within the Saudi market is highly preferred.
- Experience dealing with restaurant, café, or retail brands is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with strong business development capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
- Valid driving license is preferred.
